Stuart Owen

Experience:  Has been an accredited Supporting People Provider in Denbighshire since 2003 and with his fellow director Mark Jones set up the company Seashells ltd (Seashells Support Services) and has managed this project for the past four years.  The project in Denbighshire offers support and accommodation to five vulnerable males with learning disabilities and mental health problems who are potentially homeless.  In 2005 Stuart and Mark became an Approved Landlord in Conwy County and in their two properties supports seven adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.  Stuart continues to manage the project support services.

Experience: Paula has worked in the care industry since 2008. She has worked in residential homes and has experience of working in a community setting. She has managed residential and other settings over the years and this has enabled her to manage difficult and sensitive situations and provide staff with support and effective guidance.
